Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of digital products (“Minireports”) through the website www.andrearossi.it. By placing an order, the user fully accepts these Terms and Conditions.

2. Nature of the products

Minireports are digital content in PDF format. Once the payment is completed, the user receives a download link.

3. Prices and payments

All prices are expressed in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.
Payments can be made by credit or debit card through the secure Stripe system, or, upon request, by bank transfer.
The website and its owner do not have any access to credit card details: such data are processed exclusively by Stripe through its secure payment systems.

4. Delivery

Delivery takes place digitally. After confirmation of payment, the user receives the link to download the purchased Minireport. The download link may have a time limit and/or a maximum number of download attempts.

5. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article 59, paragraph 1, letter o) of the Italian Consumer Code, no right of withdrawal applies to the purchase of digital content supplied through immediate download.
Therefore, no refunds or replacements are available after purchase.

6. Use of the content

Minireports are intended exclusively for personal use by the purchaser or for internal use within the purchasing organization.
Any reproduction, copying, distribution, sharing with external parties, resale, or other unauthorized use is strictly prohibited without the prior written authorization of the author. The license is personal and non-transferable.

7. Copyright and intellectual property

© Andrea Rossi. All rights reserved. The content of the Minireports is protected by copyright laws. Data and materials cited remain the property of their respective sources; the author’s contribution consists of collecting, organizing, and interpreting such materials.

8. Extended uses and licenses

Use of the report, in whole or in part, as an attachment or reference in tenders, public procurement procedures, project proposals, or ongoing projects requires prior authorization and may be subject to a licensing fee. For information and conditions, please contact hello@andrearossi.it.

9. Limitation of liability

The content of the Minireports is provided for strategic and educational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, or operational advice.
The author accepts no liability for decisions, outcomes, or damages arising from the use of the purchased content. The information reflects the state of knowledge at the time of writing and may evolve as new data or sources emerge.

10. Invoicing

An invoice is issued for every purchase. The invoice will be issued in compliance with applicable Italian invoicing regulations, within the legal time limits, using the data provided by the purchaser at the time of the order. The purchaser is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of such data.

11. Changes to the Terms

Andrea Rossi may update these Terms and Conditions. Any changes will apply to purchases made after the publication of the updated version.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law.
For purchases made by consumers, jurisdiction lies with the court of the consumer’s place of residence or domicile, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. For purchases made by entities other than consumers, exclusive jurisdiction lies with the Court of Vercelli, Italy.
